My story
I was a child who was passionate about cooking, collecting flowers, leaves and grass in the garden and preparing imaginative soups for my cat.
​
I am a primary school teacher and I moved to the Netherlands more than 10 years ago for my husband's job.
​
For a few years I had a business that dealt with catering services and cooking lessons, but since 2019 I decided to focus mainly on spreading Italian gastronomic culture in the Netherlands as a consultant and teacher.
​
Since 2022 I am a member of ADGItaly Ambasciatori del Gusto Association.
​
I am a first level rice sommelier.
​
Today with the Italian Gastronomy Academy
I dedicate myself entirely to teaching and disseminating recipes, techniques and gastronomic history.
